Samsung has a history of pushing updates at different times in different time zones. So, the company may release the update ahead of its schedule.

Other than the premium devices, the company has the plan to release the update for A-series smartphones. The company will release the Android 10 update for the Galaxy A7 (2018), Galaxy A9 (2018), Galaxy A50, and the Galaxy A70 in April 2020. By next may the Galaxy A20, A10, A30s, and A10s will receive the update. As per the schedule, the Galaxy Tab S6 is set to be updated by April 2020. This will be followed by the Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab S4 10.5. The Galaxy J6 and Galaxy A20s will be the only two other smartphones to get the Android 10 update in the first half of 2020.

Samsung Galaxy S10+ 1024 GB. Update 12/27/19. Nothing via internet works, either wifi nor AT&T 5G. Apps that use internet work, but will show nothing. Google search works and gives results, but when I click on a search result, nothing. Everything gives me a server error. My smartphone is now dumb. Only can use phone and text.
